Trim the lettuce, then coarsely chop the leaves. Quarter the cucumber lengthwise, then cut into 2cm chunks. Coarsely chop the tomato.
Step 2 — Make patties
Put the beef mince and barbecue seasoning in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Using damp hands, combine well, then shape into 6 mini patties.
Step 3 — Cook patties
Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a medium frypan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3 mins each side or until browned and cooked through. Remove the pan from the heat.
Step 4 — Toss salad
Combine the burger sauce, 2 tsp olive oil and 2 tsp water in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the lettuce, cucumber and tomato and toss to coat.
Step 5 — Serve up
Divide the salad and beef patties among plates. Drizzle the patties with tomato sauce and dijon mustard (see Kitchen hack). Enjoy!
Step 6 — Kitchen hack
If you have mustard in a squeezy bottle, it's perfect for getting that classic squiggly drizzle. Alternatively, just spread the mustard on the patties with a knife.
