Preheat the oven to 220C, fan-forced. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper. Thinly slice the mushrooms, capsicum and olives. Cut the tomato into wedges. Coarsely grate the carrot.
Step 2 — Assemble pizzas
Put the pizza bases on the lined trays. Spread the bases with the tomato paste, then top with the mushrooms, capsicum and olives. Season with salt and pepper. Scatter over half the Italian seasoning* and crumble over the feta.
Step 3 — Bake pizzas
Bake the pizzas, swapping the trays halfway, for 12-15 mins until golden.
Step 4 — Bake garlic bread
Meanwhile, put the garlic bread on an oven tray (see Kitchen hack), butter-side up, and bake for 6 mins or until golden and crunchy. Combine 2 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp balsamic vinegar in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the salad leaves, tomato and carrot and toss to combine.
Step 5 — Serve up
Thickly slice the garlic bread and cut the pizzas into wedges. Serve with the salad and enjoy!
Step 6 — Kitchen hack
If you only have 2 oven trays, you can bake the garlic bread in a shallow baking dish.
